The invention relates to the field of drill bit hoisting tools, in particular to a drill bit hoisting device which is mainly composed of a clamping plate, arc-shaped clamping plates, a bolt, nuts, a threading hole, matching holes, matching grooves and rib plates. The clamping plate is made of a Z-shaped stainless steel plate and can rotate around the bolt. The threading hole is formed in the tail end of the clamping plate, and a hoisting steel wire rope penetrates through the threading hole to hoist a drill bit. A drill bit body is placed upwards, the left arc-shaped clamping plate and the right arc-shaped clamping plate are loosened, a drill bit connector can be naturally clamped by the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate under the action of gravity, and after the drill bit is moved to a designated position, the drill bit can be opened only by hoisting and lowering. Depending on the gravity effect and the special scissor type clamping principle, the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in clamping efficiency and high in safety, and the device can also have very high hoisting efficiency and high safety coefficient by adopting a conventional hoisting method. And compared with a method adopting a full-intelligent hoisting device, the drilling cost can be saved, and the requirement for operation of workers is low.

    本发明涉及钻头吊装工具领域,特别涉及一种钻头吊装器,主要由装夹板、弧形夹板、螺栓、螺母、穿引孔、配合孔、配合凹槽、筋板组成。装夹板为Z字型不锈钢板制成,装夹板能绕着螺栓转动。穿引孔布置在装夹板的末端位置,起吊的钢丝绳由此孔穿入将钻头吊起。钻头本体朝上放置,将左右弧形夹板松开,在重力的作用下左右夹板会自然的夹紧钻头接头,将钻头移动到指定位置后,只需将钻头吊装下放就可以打开。本发明依靠重力作用及其特殊的剪刀式装夹原理使其具有结构简单、装夹效率高、安全性高的优点,本发明采用常规的吊装方法也能有很高的吊装效率且安全系数高。而与采用全智能吊装器方法相比,可以节省钻井成本,对工人操作要求低。
