As the types and operation types of underwater robots, ships and the like are more and more, the performance requirements of the underwater propellers are higher and higher, underwater equipment is soaked in water for a relatively long time, if the sealing performance of an underwater propeller is not good, equipment faults can be caused, underwater equipment cannot work normally, the service life of the underwater equipment is shortened, and the underwater permanent magnet coupling propeller for converting dynamic sealing into static sealing has the problems of low transmission efficiency, insufficient transmission power, single transmission power direction and the like due to the fact that a gap between inner and outer rotors is too large. In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the electromagnet and permanent magnet combined vector magnetic coupling propeller suitable for underwater power vector propulsion is provided, magnetic coupling vector propulsion is achieved through the steering engine, and a gap energy loss generated during magnetic coupling vector propulsion is compensated through the electromagnets.
