The lifting plate, the inserting block and the melting cavity are arranged, lotus leaf ice on the sea surface is firmly clamped through the protruding block on the lifting plate and the inserting block on the transverse plate, then the lotus leaf ice is quickly fished out of seawater, the lotus leaf ice slides into the melting cavity of the ship body from a guide groove in a guide plate, and the melting cavity is continuously kept in a high-temperature state through a heating piece; the lotus leaf ice in the melting cavity can be quickly melted into a liquid state, the melted liquid sequentially passes through the guide outlet, the guide cavity and the seepage holes and finally flows into seawater, and compared with the mode that the lotus leaf ice is salvaged manually through a salvage ship and transported to a designated place in a centralized mode, the transportation cost and the transportation space are saved; and in addition, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the lotus leaf ice cleaning efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于海上油田的海面荷叶冰清理装置,包括船体、第一壳体和第二壳体,所述船体中开设融化腔、导入口、导出口、导腔和渗孔。本发明通过设置提板、插块和融化腔,提板上的凸块和横板上插块将海面上的荷叶冰牢牢卡住,进而将荷叶冰从海水中快速打捞上来,荷叶冰从导板上的导槽滑入至船体的融化腔中,加热片使得融化腔持续保持高温状态,进而能够使融化腔中荷叶冰快速融化成液态,融化后的液体依次经导出口、导腔和渗孔并最终流入海水中,相比较通过打捞船,人工手动对荷叶冰进行打捞并将荷叶冰集中运输到指定地点,不但节约了运输成本和运输空间,而且大大降低了劳动强度,提高了荷叶冰的清理效率。
