The invention discloses a gravity lowering control system of a boat hanging device. The gravity lowering control system comprises a pump station, the pump station is connected with a multi-way valve on a control board, the boat hoisting device is arranged beside the control board, the boat hoisting device comprises a suspension arm, a hydraulic winch, an energy accumulator and an oil cylinder are arranged on the suspension arm, a steel wire rope is arranged on the hydraulic winch, and the steel wire rope penetrates through a pulley on the suspension arm to be connected with a boat; a port B1 is formed in the multi-way valve and connected with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder and the energy accumulator, a one-way valve is arranged between the port B1 and the energy accumulator, an overflow valve is arranged between the energy accumulator and an oil tank of the pump station, a stop valve III is arranged between the energy accumulator and a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, a stop valve I is arranged between the rodless cavity of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic winch, and a port A and a port B are formed in the hydraulic winch. The port A and the port B respectively control forward rotation and overturning of the hydraulic winch, the port A and the port B are communicated through a throttling valve, a hydraulic reversing valve is further arranged between the port A and the port B, and a brake is arranged on the hydraulic winch and connected with an energy accumulator through a shuttle valve.
