The method is applied to a server and comprises the steps of obtaining monitoring data sent by a target charging pile; if the monitoring data sent by the target charging pile are received, generating a first control instruction according to the monitoring data, and sending the first control instruction to the target charging pile; and if the monitoring data sent by the target charging pile are not received, generating a second control instruction, and sending the second control instruction to the target charging pile. According to the electric vehicle charging pile remote control method, processing can be carried out in time when communication between the charging pile and the server is abnormal, charging accidents are avoided, and the safety of the electric vehicle and the charging pile is guaranteed.

    本发明适用于充电桩技术领域,提供了一种电动汽车充电桩远程控制方法、装置及终端设备,该方法应用于服务器,包括:获取目标充电桩发送的监测数据;若接收到目标充电桩发送的监测数据,则根据监测数据生成第一控制指令,并向目标充电桩发送第一控制指令;若未接收到目标充电桩发送的监测数据,则生成第二控制指令,并向目标充电桩发送第二控制指令。本发明提供的电动汽车充电桩远程控制方法能够在充电桩和服务器之间通信异常时及时进行处理,避免出现充电事故,保障电动汽车和充电桩的安全。
