The invention provides a rare earth permanent magnet suspension track lateral force regulation and control system and method. A limiting mounting rack is mounted on the track lug wall vertically arranged on the outer side of the permanent magnet track base, the connecting support of the vehicle-mounted track base serves as the symmetry axis, and repulsive force or attractive force is symmetrically provided for the vehicle-mounted magnet set through the lateral limiting magnetic sets symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the limiting mounting rack; therefore, damping for lateral deviation of the vehicle-mounted rail base is provided. When the vehicle-mounted magnet set in the vehicle-mounted track base deviates to the lateral limiting magnet set on one side, the distance between the magnet on the outer side of the vehicle-mounted magnet set and the lateral limiting magnet set is shortened, the attractive force or repulsive force of the lateral limiting magnet set to the magnet on the outer side of the vehicle-mounted magnet set is increased, and therefore the vehicle-mounted track base is pushed to return to the middle position. The vehicle-mounted track is limited in a non-contact mode through the magnets, the lateral stress of the magnets on the vehicle-mounted track is balanced, lateral deviation of a compartment is prevented, precise limiting is achieved, it is guaranteed that a vehicle runs stably, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本申请提供一种稀土永磁悬浮轨道侧向力调控系统及方法。本申请利用永磁轨道底座外侧垂直设置的轨道耳壁安装限位安装架,以车载轨道底座的连接支架为对称轴,通过对称设置于限位安装架内侧的各组侧向限位磁组以对称方式提供对车载磁体组的斥力或引力,从而提供对车载轨道底座侧向偏移的阻尼。当车载轨道底座中车载磁体组偏向一侧侧向限位磁组时,该车载磁体组外侧的磁体与侧向限位磁组之间间距缩短,侧向限位磁组对该车载磁体组外侧磁体的引力或斥力增大,从而推动车载轨道底座返回至中间位置。本申请利用磁体对车载轨道进行无接触式限位,平衡车载轨道上磁体侧向受力,防止车厢发生侧偏,实现精准限位,保证车辆行驶稳定,减少安全隐患。
