The invention discloses a baby carriage handrail sleeve forming process. The process comprises the following steps that: S1, TPU and an antibacterial agent are put into double screws to be subjected to blending extrusion granulation, and TPU particles with the particle size of 2-4 mm are prepared through an underwater pelletizing system; S2, the TPU particles are put into a high-pressure reaction kettle, carbon dioxide gas is injected into the high-pressure reaction kettle, pressure maintaining is conducted for 2 h in a supercritical state, pressure relief is conducted rapidly, foaming is conducted in a high-temperature steam foaming mode, and TPU foaming particles are obtained; S3, the TPU foaming particles are sucked into a steam mold pressing mold so as to be formed, the structure of the mold is designed to be of an arc-shaped structure, and an obtained formed product is of an arc-shaped sheet structure and can wrap the handrail of a baby carriage to be attached to the handrail; and S4, fixing structures are arranged on the two sides of the formed product, and the formed product can be fixed through the fixing structures when wrapping the handrail of the baby carriage. A baby carriage handrail sleeve formed by the method has the advantages of folding resistance, tearing resistance, excellent soft comfort and antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects.

    本发明公开了一种婴儿车扶手套成型工艺,包括以下步骤:S1,将TPU与抗菌剂放入双螺杆中进行共混挤出造粒,经过水下切粒系统制备粒径在2mm‑4mm的TPU颗粒;S2,将TPU颗粒放入高压反应釜内,向里面注入二氧化碳气体,在超临界状态下保压2h,然后快速泄压,通过高温蒸汽发泡的方式进行发泡,得到TPU发泡颗粒;S3,将TPU发泡颗粒吸入蒸汽模压模具内成型,模具的结构设计成弧形结构,得到的成型制品为弧形片材结构,且能够包裹在婴儿车扶手上与扶手相贴合;S4,在成型制品的两侧设固定结构,当成型制品包裹在婴儿车扶手上时可通过该固定结构固定。通过本发明成型的婴儿车扶手套,具有耐折耐撕裂、极佳的柔软舒适性和抗菌抑菌的效果。
