The invention provides a vehicle, a system and a method for monitoring real-time traffic flow. The vehicle can include a communication module, a processor and a man-machine interaction interface; the communication module is configured to communicate with an Internet of Vehicles V2X platform and a road side unit RSU; the processor is configured to generate a real-time traffic flow query request in response to a user query for real-time traffic flow information near a location specified by a user of the vehicle, and send the real-time traffic flow query request to a first RSU near the vehicle, so as to query real-time traffic flow information from a second RSU near the specified location, and receive the real-time traffic flow information provided by the second RSU from the first RSU; and the man-machine interaction interface is configured to be used for receiving the user query and presenting the real-time traffic flow information to the user. The system can include a traffic monitoring platform for collecting data associated with real-time traffic flow, a V2X platform for processing data received from the traffic monitoring platform and issuing to the RSUs, and a plurality of RSUs. The method can be implemented on the vehicle to monitor the real-time traffic flow.
