The invention relates to a traffic condition notification system which comprises a roadside device and an arithmetic device, wherein the roadside device comprises a sensor, and the sensor is used for sensing the environment to generate sensing data; the arithmetic device is connected to the roadside device in a signal transmissible manner and is used for generating traffic information based on the sensing data, and the traffic information comprises one of road condition information, traffic flow information and people flow information; and the arithmetic device outputs a traffic condition notification based on the traffic information by an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm after generating the traffic information, and the arithmetic device transmits the traffic condition notification to an object within a communication range of the roadside device in a Roadside-to-Everything (R2X) communication mode.

    本发明涉及一种交通状况通知系统,包含:路侧装置以及运算装置。路侧装置包含传感器,其中传感器用于感测环境以产生感测数据。运算装置信号可传输地连接于路侧装置,运算装置用于基于感测数据产生交通信息,其中交通信息包含路况信息、车流信息以及人流信息的其中之一。运算装置于产生交通信息后以人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)算法基于交通信息输出交通状况通知,运算装置并以路侧装置到物(Roadside‑to‑Everything,R2X)的通信模式传送交通状况通知至在路侧装置的通信范围内的物体。
