The invention provides landslide disaster emergency monitoring equipment. The equipment comprises an arc-shaped ground-based synthetic aperture radar system, an unmanned aerial vehicle capable of carrying and throwing monitoring targets, a total station and a plurality of types of monitoring targets. Each monitoring target comprises an angle reflection prism and a GNSS all-in-one machine. The invention also provides a landslide disaster emergency monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out regional judgment on a deformation trend through the arc-shaped foundation synthetic aperture radar, warning and reminding monitoring personnel when the deformation quantity reaches a set threshold, and then selecting a more granular monitoring mode in a to-be-enhanced monitoring interval according to an actual situation. The equipment and method are suitable for long-term, medium-term and short-term monitoring of landslide disasters, monitoring equipment can be flexibly increased or decreased according to conditions of monitored objects, and cost is saved on the premise that the monitoring effect is guaranteed.
