The invention provides passenger conveying equipment and a maintenance method thereof, which can reduce the replacement frequency of a landing floor. In the passenger conveying equipment provided with lifting floors which cover machine rooms arranged at the front end and the rear end of a frame in the length direction, and a conveying body which is annularly connected between the lifting floors and circulates, the lifting floors are of a box-shaped structure which is partially or wholly formed by a flat cuboid composed of a horizontally-arranged first plane, a second plane opposite to the first plane and the rest of vertical planes, and the landing floors are provided with a turnover structure in which any one of the first plane and the second plane can be used as the front face of the lifting floor.

    本发明提供一种减少了乘降地板的更换频率的乘客传送设备及其维修方法。在具有覆盖在框架的长度方向的前后两端部设置的机械室的乘降地板和在乘降地板之间环状地连结并进行循环的运送体的乘客传送设备中,乘降地板是其一部分或整体由水平地设置的第一平面、与该第一平面相对的第二平面和其余的铅垂面所构成的扁平的长方体形成的箱型结构,乘降地板具有第一平面和第二平面中的任意平面都能够用作乘降地板的正面的可翻转结构。
