The invention discloses a front cover plate reinforcing structure for a railway rolling stock and relates to the technical field of railway locomotives. The invention comprises an outer plate body, a middle plate body, an inner plate body and damping assemblies, protruding blocks are evenly distributed on the surface of the outer plate body, the protruding blocks are welded to the outer plate body, the protruding blocks are triangular, the outer plate body and the middle plate body are connected through a set of evenly-distributed damping assemblies, and the middle plate body and the inner plate body are connected through a set of evenly-distributed damping assemblies. After the outer plate body is collided, external force can be prevented from directly acting on the outer plate body by blocking effect of the triangular protruding blocks, the cover plate body can be preliminarily reinforced, and when the cover plate body is collided by the external force, the outermost face of the cover plate body does not make direct contact with the stress face and is not prone to deformation; and by the damping assemblies evenly distributed between the outer plate body and the middle plate body and between the middle plate body and the inner plate body, the borne force can be buffered in a multiple mode, the cover plate body can be further reinforced, the buffering efficiency of the cover plate body is higher, and when the cover plate body is collided by external force, the borne force can be better dispersed.

    本发明公开了一种用于铁道机车车辆的前盖板加固结构,涉及铁道机车技术领域。本发明包括外板、中板、内板和减震组件,外板的表面均布有凸块,凸块与外板焊接,凸块为三角体状,外板和中板之间通过一组均布的减震组件相连接,中板和内板之间通过一组均布的减震组件相连接。本发明在外板受到碰撞后,通过三角体状凸块的阻挡作用,可防止外力直接作用于外板,能够对盖板进行初步加固,在盖板受到外力碰撞时,盖板的最外面不会直接与受力面接触,不易变形,而且通过外板和中板之间以及中板和内板之间均布的减震组件,可以多重缓冲受到的力,能够进一步对盖板进行加固,使得盖板缓冲效率更强,在盖板受到外力碰撞时,能更好地分散受到的力。
