The invention discloses a bidirectional DCDC converter with adjustable resonant frequency, a control method thereof and an electric vehicle charging device comprising the converter. The converter comprises an inverter bridge, an LLC resonance network, an isolation transformer, a synchronous rectification circuit and a filter circuit which are connected in sequence. A second capacitor is connected in series with a normally open switch and then connected in parallel with a first resonant capacitor; after the normally open switch is closed, the parallel capacitance value of the second capacitor and the first resonant capacitor forms a second resonant capacitor; in the low-voltage range, resonant frequencies fr1 and fm1 are obtained through the first resonant capacitor, and the working frequency changes in the range of fr1-fm1; and within the high-voltage range, resonant frequencies fr2 and fm2 are obtained by the second resonant capacitor, and the working frequency changes within the range of fr2-fm2. The problems of wide-range voltage output, high efficiency, high power density, primary and secondary side isolation and low cost are solved, two optimal resonant frequency points are set in the output voltage range of 200V-750V, and the resonant current is close to sine waves, so that the efficiency of the converter is greatly improved.

    一种谐振频率可调的双向DCDC变换器及其控制方法以及包括该变换器的电动汽车充电装置。该变换器包括依次连接的逆变桥、LLC谐振网络、隔离变压器、同步整流电路和滤波电路;第二电容与常开开关串联后与第一谐振电容并联,常开开关闭合后第二电容与第一谐振电容的并联电容值构成第二谐振电容;在低压范围内,由第一谐振电容得出谐振频率fr1和fm1,工作频率在fr1~fm1范围内变化;在高压范围内,由第二谐振电容得出谐振频率fr2和fm2,工作频率在fr2~fm2范围内变化。本发明解决了宽范围电压输出、高效率、高功率密度、原副边隔离、低成本的问题,使输出电压范围在200V~750V范围内设置两个最佳的谐振频率点,让谐振电流接近正弦波,以大大提高变换器效率。
