The tire disassembly and assembly device comprises two sets of base supporting rods symmetrically arranged on the two sides, universal wheels are installed at the bottoms of the base supporting rods, each set of base supporting rods are fastened together through a fixing plate, the ends of the two sets of base supporting rods are fastened to a control base through penetrating holes and screws, and tire supporting rods are arranged on the inner sides of each set of base supporting rods. The tire supporting rods are installed in a rotating sleeve, the rotating sleeve is connected with the base supporting rods through a movable fixing plate, and the rotating sleeve can revolve around the base supporting rods. A jack is installed in the middle of the control base, fixing supports are fixed to the two sides of the control base, a horizontally-arranged adjusting connecting rod is arranged at the top of the jack, and the two ends of the adjusting connecting rod can slide up and down along the fixing supports and are connected with the movable fixing plates through control plates respectively.
