The servo control signal logic protection circuit comprises a signal correction unit, a logic protection unit and a buffer. The signal correction unit is used for receiving the six paths of PWM signals output by the CPU, and outputting the six paths of PWM signals to the logic protection unit and the buffer after logic abnormity judgment and abnormity correction; the logic protection unit is used for judging whether a logic error which enables an upper tube and a lower tube of the same line of the H bridge to be conducted at the same time exists in the input six paths of PWM signals or not, if so, outputting a protection signal to the buffer; the buffer is used for buffering the input six paths of PWM signals and then outputting the buffered signals to the MOS tube driving circuit for driving the H bridge; and when the protection signal is input, the output is closed. According to the method, the phenomena of abnormal working and instant lagging of the steering engine of the unmanned helicopter caused by the abnormal PWM signal state can be effectively avoided.
