The invention discloses a parking and charging management method and system based on an intelligent charging ground lock, and relates to the field of intelligent parking management. The method comprises the steps that when a vehicle is driven into a parking space, cameras at different shooting angles are used for collecting vehicle images and controlling the ground lock on the parking space area to be locked, the identification information of the vehicle is recognized through the vehicle images collected by the cameras at different shooting angles, so that the accuracy of vehicle license plate recognition can be improved; and when it is judged that the vehicle charging instruction is received, the vehicle can be directly charged through a wireless charging module configured in the ground lock, the equipment construction cost wasted by independently arranging a charging pile is reduced, the function that one lock has multiple purposes is achieved, and in the parking charging scene of the electric vehicle, the requirements of link of parking and charging behaviors, cooperative control, unified supervision, integrated marketing, safety management and control and user experience optimization are met.

    本发明公开一种基于智能充电地锁的停车及充电管理方法及系统,涉及智能停车管理领域,所述方法包括:当存在车辆驶入泊位时,通过不同拍摄角度的摄像机采集所述车辆图像并控制所述车位区域上的地锁落锁,并通过不同拍摄角度的摄像机采集的所述车辆图像识别车辆的标识信息,从而可以提升车辆车牌识别的准确性;并且当判断接收到车辆充电指令时,可以直接通过所述地锁中配置的无线充电模块为所述车辆充电,减少了单独设立充电桩所浪费的设备建设成本,实现了一锁多用的功能,以满足在电动汽车停车充电场景中,停车和充电行为联动、协同控制、统一监管、整合营销、安全管控、用户体验优化等需求。
