The invention provides a torque transmission structure of a constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft and a hub bearing unit. The structure comprises the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft, the hub bearing unit and a friction increasing gasket. The constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft comprises a shaft shoulder part and a shaft part axially extending from the end part of the shaft shoulder part; and the hub bearing unit comprises a hub and a rolling bearing assembled on the periphery of the hub, the hub is provided with a hub matching cylinder part, a matching hole matched with the shaft part is formed in the hub matching cylinder part, and the friction increasing gasket is pressed between the end surface of the shaft shoulder part and the end surface of the hub matching cylinder part. In the application, the torque between the shaft shoulder part of the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft and the hub matching cylinder part of the hub bearing unit is transmitted by arranging the friction increasing gasket, an end surface spline structure is canceled, the structure and the manufacturing process are simplified, and the weight of parts is reduced; and an abnormal noise caused by relative sliding of contact surfaces between the constant velocity universal joint transmission shaft and the hub bearing unit is completely eliminated.

    本发明提供一种等速万向节传动轴与轮毂轴承单元的扭矩传递结构,包括等速万向节传动轴、轮毂轴承单元和增摩垫片,等速万向节传动轴包括轴肩部、以及从轴肩部端部轴向延伸出的轴部,轮毂轴承单元包括轮毂、以及装配在轮毂外周的滚动轴承,轮毂具有轮毂配合筒部,轮毂配合筒部中开设有与轴部相配合的配合孔,增摩垫片被压紧在轴肩部的端面和轮毂配合筒部的端面之间。本申请中,通过设置增摩垫片来传递等速万向节传动轴的轴肩部与轮毂轴承单元的轮毂配合筒部两者间的扭矩,取消了端面花键结构,简化结构和制造工艺,减轻零件重量,完全消除了等速万向节传动轴与轮毂轴承单元之间因接触面相对滑动而造成的异响噪声。
