The invention relates to the technical field of concrete cutting processing, and particularly discloses an automatic counterweight mechanism of a grabbing crane. The mechanism comprises a guide rail, a cross beam is connected to the guide rail, a motor is arranged on the cross beam, a chain is connected to the lower part of the motor, a first cross frame is connected to the chain, the first cross frame is of a rectangular structure, and comprises long and short cross frames, the chain is connected with the long transverse frames at the two sides, the short transverse frames at the two sides are respectively provided with suspension mechanisms, each suspension mechanism comprises a suspension beam which makes contact with the short transverse frames and is supported by the short transverse frames and two suspension rods which are fixed to the suspension beam and extend downwards, the suspension rods penetrate through the short transverse frames and are connected with short transverse frames in a sliding mode, the lower end of each suspension rod is connected with a first connecting rod in a locked mode through a nut, and the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with two second transverse frames. The problem that a concrete blank is damaged during cutting due to the fact that the concrete blank is not horizontal during clamping and transporting is solved, real-time dynamic adjustment can be achieved, and use is easy and convenient.
