The invention discloses a rigidizable flexible sealed cabin capable of being automatically inflated, unfolded and formed in a lunar karst cave, and belongs to the technical field of spacecrafts. The problem that a rigid metal manned sealed cabin with a large living space is difficult to launch due to limitation of launching loads and launching envelopes is solved. A rigidizable inflatable expansion type annular supporting structure is arranged in a sealed cabin body, is used for assisting the expansion of the sealed cabin body and providing support for the expanded sealed cabin body, and can adapt to the shape of a moon karst cave. An inflation system is arranged in the sealed cabin body and is used for inflatable deployment and maintenance of internal air pressure for rigidizable inflatable deployment annular support structures 3 and sealed cabins. Cabin doors are arranged at the two ends of an air brake cabin and the two ends of a residence cabin, the air brake cabin is connected with the residence cabin in a sealed mode through the cabin doors, and the cabin doors are used for astronauts to get in and out. The flexible sealed cabin is unfolded and formed in the karst cave, the design of a heavy protective layer is omitted, and the launching load and difficulty of the sealed cabin are further reduced.
