The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength laminated composite board for airplane deicing, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps that: the surface of a substrate is pretreated: sand blasting is carried out on the surface of the substrate to enhance the binding force between the substrate and a composite layer; a composite material is sprayed at low temperature: metal powder is sprayed on the surface of the substrate by adopting a hypersonic flame spraying technology; hot-pressing treatment is carried out: a metal thin sheet is placed in an autoclave mold, the sprayed composite board is fed into an autoclave for treatment, autoclave process parameters are set, the autoclave is started, heat preservation is conducted after the mold in the autoclave reaches the preset temperature, pressure maintaining is conducted at the preset temperature; and finally, the high-strength laminated composite board is obtained by cooling at the preset cooling rate. The high-strength laminated composite board has the reached beneficial effects that the high-strength laminated composite board is used for aircraft icing protection in the aviation field, a metal layer is compounded on the surface of the substrate for heat conduction, the utilization efficiency of airborne energy can be greatly improved, and the overall design burden of an aircraft is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机除冰的高强度叠层复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:基板表面预处理:对基板表面进行喷砂,增强基板与复合层的结合力;复合材料低温喷涂:采用超高音速火焰喷涂技术对基板表面喷涂金属粉末;热压处理:在热压罐模具中放置金属薄片,经过喷涂后的复合板送入热压罐处理,设置热压罐工艺参数并启动热压罐,热压罐中的模具到达预设温度后进行保温,并在预设温度下进行保压,最后以预设冷却速率进行冷却得到高强度叠层复合板,本发明所达到的有益效果包括:本发明在航空领域中,用于飞机结冰防护,通过在基板表面复合金属层进行导热,可以大幅提高机载能量的利用效率,降低飞机总体设计的负担。
