The invention relates to the technical field of water tunnel dynamic tests, and discloses a water tunnel three-degree-of-freedom dynamic test method and system. According to the test method, an electronic cam is adopted to replace a mechanical cam used in a water tunnel three-degree-of-freedom dynamic test. The test method comprises the following steps that S1, an electronic cam process object is called through a PLC, an electronic cam waveform curve is generated, and an electronic cam movement track is obtained; S2, a virtual main shaft and a synchronous shaft are established by utilizing the PLC, the interpolation relation of the electronic cam is defined, and interpolation is carried out on the electronic cam; and S3, the PLC is used for controlling the motor shaft to move according to the track of the electronic cam, so as to realize oscillation of the motor shaft. The problem that in the prior art, the machining track is inconvenient to change according to needs, and the machining cost is high is solved.
本发明涉及水洞动态试验技术领域,公开了一种水洞三自由度动态试验方法及系统。该试验方法,采用电子凸轮替代水洞三自由度动态试验中所使用的机械凸轮,包括以下步骤:S1,利用PLC调用电子凸轮工艺对象,生成电子凸轮波形曲线,得到电子凸轮运动轨迹;S2,利用PLC建立虚拟主轴和同步轴,定义电子凸轮的插补关系,对电子凸轮进行插补;S3,利用PLC控制电机轴根据电子凸轮轨迹运动,实现电机轴的振荡。本发明解决了现有技术存在的不方便根据需求更改加工轨迹、加工成本高等问题。
