The invention discloses a portable precise magnetofluid lubrication device under simulated microgravity conditions, which comprises a simulated microgravity device system, a magnetofluid lubrication device system and a precise control system. The magnetofluid lubrication device system and the precise control system are arranged in the simulated microgravity device system, and the simulated microgravity device system adopts a water floating method to create a microgravity environment; the magnetofluid lubrication device system adopts a water-based nano ferrofluid to enter the simulated microgravity device system from the upper parts of the outer tank and the inner tank through a first sealing door; the precise control system carries out precise analysis and diagnosis through data and wirelessly sends an instruction to the simulation multi-scale microgravity device and the magnetofluid lubrication device, and precise lubrication is achieved. The problems that an existing magnetofluid lubrication device under the microgravity simulation condition is poor in maneuverability and low in visualization degree are solved.

    本发明公开了一种便携式模拟微重力条件下精准磁流体润滑装置,它包括模拟微重力装置系统,以及设置在模拟微重力装置系统内的磁流体润滑装置系统、精准控制系统,所述的模拟微重力装置系统采用水浮法创造微重力环境;磁流体润滑装置系统采用水基纳米铁磁流体通过第一密封门从外槽和内槽的上方进入模拟微重力装置系统;精准控制系统通过数据进行精准分析诊断,将指令无线发送至模拟多尺度微重力装置和磁流体润滑装置,实现精准润滑。解决了现有模拟微重力条件下的磁流体润滑装置机动性差、可视化程度低的问题。
