The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a climbing control system of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a position sensor, interaction equipment, a processor, a controller and an engine. The position sensor is used for acquiring a current height point of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle and sending the current height point to the processor. The interaction equipment is used for obtaining an expected height point and sending the expected height point to the processor. The processor is used for judging whether a quick climbing requirement exists or not according to the received current height point and the expected height point, forming a first judgment result and sending the first judgment result to the controller. The controller is used for generating an adjusting instruction according to the received first judgment result and a power adjusting rule and sending the adjusting instruction to the engine. The engine is used for adjusting the current power according to the received adjusting instruction and driving the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle to climb. According to the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle climbing control system, the rapid climbing state and the stable climbing state can be effectively switched.
