The invention provides a vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises wings, a vehicle body and four power modules. The wings comprise main wings and side wings, the side wings are fixed to the side wing connecting ends of the main wings, the vehicle body is arranged in the middles of the main wings, the four power modules are symmetrically distributed on the main wings with the vehicle body as the center, and goods shelves are connected to the vehicle body. Four unmanned aerial vehicle power modules are carried on the wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the power modules are the same in structure and can be mutually exchanged in position for use, and the goods shelves are arranged on the wings and can bear goods and also can be used for hanging other equipment. A foot stool of the unmanned aerial vehicle is fixed on the wing based on a quick-release structure, and parts are convenient to replace. The unmanned aerial vehicle can adapt to task requirements of various fields, the number of the power modules can be changed according to the task requirements, the endurance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed, and the cost performance is high.
