The centrifugal fuel pump P inputs LNG in the fuel storage tank T into a low-temperature vacuum pump pool D through an ultralow-temperature pipeline, and a high-pressure fuel pipeline and a low-pressure fuel pipeline are arranged on the downstream of the low-temperature pump pool D. According to the invention, the low-temperature pump belongs to a hydraulic pump, the whole hydraulic pump is installed in the pump pool, no medium leaks, the system cooling capacity loss is effectively reduced, the vaporization amount is reduced, optimization of the working condition during operation of the cryopump is facilitated, and the pressure storage time of a storage tank is effectively prolonged.
