The invention provides power battery discharging equipment and a discharging control method, the power battery discharging equipment comprises a high-voltage wire harness interface, a low-voltage wire harness interface, a discharging module, a high-voltage relay, a control circuit and a power supply battery, and the low-voltage wire harness interface comprises a low-voltage power supply interface and a CAN communication interface. The discharging module is connected to the high-voltage wire harness interface through the high-voltage relay and used for discharging the power battery. And the control circuit supplies power to the battery management system through the low-voltage power supply interface, communicates with the battery management system through the CAN communication interface, and controls the discharge state of the power battery according to the communication content. The power battery discharging equipment is small in size, convenient to carry and suitable for discharging the power battery in an emergency state. Moreover, before the power battery is discharged by the power battery discharging equipment, fault detection can be carried out on the power battery, and the power battery is discharged after the power battery is determined to have no fault, so that safe discharging of the power battery is ensured.

    本发明提供了动力电池放电设备及放电控制方法,该动力电池放电设备包括高压线束接口、低压线束接口、放电模块、高压继电器、控制电路和供电电池,且低压线束接口包括低压电源接口和CAN通信接口。放电模块通过高压继电器连接至高压线束接口,用于对动力电池放电。控制电路通过低压电源接口为电池管理系统供电,并通过CAN通信接口与电池管理系统通信,并依据通信内容控制动力电池的放电状态。该动力电池放电设备体积小,便于携带,适用于在紧急状态下为动力电池放电。而且,该动力电池放电设备在对动力电池进行放电之前,能够对动力电池进行故障检测,确定动力电池无故障后才对动力电池进行放电,保证动力电池安全放电。
