The invention provides an automobile active suspension intelligent automatic adjusting system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile control. The system collects the speed and distance of a moving automobile and provides transverse and longitudinal acceleration values through a sensor assembly; meanwhile, thesensor assembly cummunicates with the vehicle electronic control unit, the automatic gearbox control module, the anti-lock braking system and the vehicle body electronic stabilizing system, so that the road conditions of starting, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, sharp turning, yaw jumping, no-load, half-load, full-load and the like of the vehicle are calculated through the active suspension control unit; meanwhile, through road spectrum contrastive analysis in a database of the active suspension control unit, the specific road conditions of the automobile in a high speed, a cross-country, a city, a country and the like are calculated, so that an instruction is sent to an oil cylinder to adjust the active suspension system. The whole set of control system is intelligent, reliable and comprehensive.

    本发明提供了一种汽车主动悬架智能自动调节系统及其控制方法,涉及汽车控制技术领域,通过传感器组件,采集移动汽车的速度、距离并提供横向、纵向加速度值,同时与整车电子控制单元、自动变速箱控制模块、防抱死制动系统和车身电子稳定系统相互通讯,通过主动悬架控制单元,计算得出汽车处于起步、急加速、急减速、急转弯、横摆跳动、空载、半载、满载等路况,同时通过主动悬架控制单元数据库中的路谱对比分析,计算出汽车正处于高速、越野、城市、乡村等具体路况,从而给油缸发出指令,对主动悬架系统进行调节,整套控制系统智能、可靠、全面。
