The running time when people exist in the elevator is accurately calculated, the lighting and advertising system works normally when people exist in the elevator, and the lighting and advertising system in the elevator is in a power-off state when the elevator runs in an empty mode or no people exist, so that the input of electric energy is effectively reduced, the running cost of the elevator is reduced, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are facilitated.
