The invention provides an automobile intelligent early warning system and method based on rainfall real-time monitoring. The system comprises: a rainfall real-time monitoring controller which is used for collecting the rainfall information of an area where a road section is located, and transmitting the rainfall information to a vehicle-mounted controller; the vehicle-mounted controller which is used for acquiring vehicle position information and receiving the acquired information transmitted by the rainfall real-time monitoring controller, accessing a local historical accident database at the same time, and then processing the information; and a voice prompter used for performing voice prompt on a driver. The rainfall information is transmitted to the vehicle-mounted controller through the rainfall real-time monitoring controller, meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted controller accesses the local historical accident database, an accident risk value under the current condition is calculated through using an early warning decision module, processed information is transmitted to the driver in a voice prompt mode, so that the driver can know the driving environment, and the comprehensive judgment capability and driving alertness of the driver to the outside are improved, therefore the traffic safety is guaranteed, and the traffic accident rate is reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于降雨量实时监测的汽车智能预警系统及方法,系统包括:降雨量实时监测控制器,用于采集路段所在区域降雨信息,并传输给车载控制器;车载控制器,用于获取车辆位置信息及接收降雨量实时监测控制器传输的采集信息,同时接入当地历史事故数据库,然后对上述信息进行处理;语音提示器,用于对驾驶员进行语音提示。本发明通过降雨量实时监测控制器将降雨信息传送给车载控制器,同时车载控制器接入当地历史事故数据库,并利用预警决策模块计算出当前状况下的事故风险值,并以语音提示的方式将处理后的信息传递给驾驶员,使驾驶员了解行车环境,提高其对外界的综合判断能力和驾驶警觉性,从而保障交通行车安全,降低交通事故率。
