The invention discloses a railway yard anti-slip parking device brake rail form contour online detection method. The method comprises the steps: installing anti-slip parking device brake rail gauge and gap detection devices at the two ends and the middle position of an anti-slip parking device; and sending the distance value of the two friction surfaces of the brake rail and the gap value of the friction surfaces of the brake rail and the foundation rail which are collected in real time to a man-machine interaction system, and displaying the basic form outline of the brake rail of the anti-slip parking device relative to the foundation rail through calculation and processing of the system. When the anti-slip parking device relieves, brakes or causes the change of the displacement of the brake rail, the method can be used for detecting the shape outline of the brake rail of the anti-slip parking device online in real time, and the performance state of the brake rail of the anti-slip parking device can be described more intuitively. The method is reasonable and simple in structural design, low in cost, easy to implement and suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种铁路站场防溜停车器制动轨形态轮廓在线检测的方法,在防溜停车器两端及中间位置安装防溜停车器制动轨轨距、间隙检测装置,将实时采集的制动轨两摩擦面的距离值及制动轨‑基础轨摩擦面的间隙值发送给人机交互系统,经过系统计算处理即可显示防溜停车器制动轨相对于基础轨的基本形态轮廓。当防溜停车器进行缓解、制动或其他引起制动轨位移发生改变时,运用此方法便可实时在线检测防溜停车器制动轨形态轮廓,更直观的描述出防溜停车器制动轨的性能状态。本发明结构设计合理且简单,成本低,易于实现,适合推广应用。
