The invention relates to a hoisting method and a hoisting device for scattered coil copper pipes. The method and the device are mainly used for hoisting and carrying hard or soft scattered coil copper pipes. According to the technical scheme, an inner contact plate of a scattered coil hoisting device is adopted to apply force outwards to the inner diameter of the scattered coil copper pipes to expand the copper pipes, and an outer contact plate of the scattered coil hoisting device is adopted to apply force inwards from the outer diameter of the scattered coil copper pipes to expand the copper pipes; and when the force is applied to the scattered coil copper pipes, the inner contact plate and the outer contact plate act on the bottom side position of the scattered coil copper pipes in the height direction, and the scattered coil hoisting is carried out under the working condition that the inner contact plate and the outer contact plate apply force at the same time. After the technical scheme is adopted, the hoisting capacity is improved on the premise of ensuring the quality, so that the large scattered coil hoisting becomes possible.
本发明涉及一种散盘铜管的起吊方法和起吊装置,其主要用于硬态或软态散盘铜管的起吊搬运。其技术方案:采用散盘起吊装置的内接触板对散盘铜管的内径向外施力胀紧,采用散盘起吊装置的外接触板从散盘铜管的外径向内施力胀紧;向所述散盘铜管施力时,所述内接触板和外接触板在高度方向作用在散盘铜管的底侧位置,所述散盘的起吊是在内外接触板同时施力的工况下起吊。采用上述技术方案后,在保证质量的前提下增大起吊能力,使大散盘起吊成为可能。
