The invention discloses an automatic charging control method for a low-voltage storage battery of an electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps that the SOC value of the low-voltage storage battery is detected, and whether the low-voltage storage battery is insufficient in power is judged; when the low-voltage storage battery is insufficient in power and the vehicle is in a fortification state, a power supplementing request is sent to the VCU; the VCU judges whether a power supplementing condition is met or not, and when the power supplementing condition is met, the high-voltage power-on begins to charge the low-voltage storage battery; and after the power supplementing is started, the GW detects the SOC value of the low-voltage storage battery and starts power supplementing timing, whether the power supplementing stopping condition is met or not is judged in real time in the power supplementing process, and when the power supplementing stopping condition is met, the GW stops sending the power supplementing request, and power supplementing is ended. When the electric quantity of the low-voltage storage battery is insufficient, high-voltage automatic power-on is carried out, power supplementing is conducted on the low-voltage storage battery, power shortage of the low-voltage storage battery is avoided, meanwhile, the high-voltage safety problem is fully considered, and the safety risk caused by automatic power supplementing can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车低压蓄电池自动补电控制方法,检测低压蓄电池SOC值,判断是否亏电;当低压蓄电池亏电,且车辆处于设防状态,向VCU发送补电请求;VCU判断是否满足补电条件,当满足补电条件时,高压上电开始给低压蓄电池补电;开始补电后,GW检测低压蓄电池SOC值,并开始补电计时,补电过程中实时判断是否满足停止补电条件,当满足停止补电条件时,GW停止发送补电请求,补电结束。本发明当低压蓄电池电量不足时,高压自动上电,为低压蓄电池补电,避免低压蓄电池亏电,同时充分考虑了高压安全问题,可以避免自动补电带来的安全风险。
