The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and discloses a heavy lift vessel crane base manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: machining a steel plate part meeting the production specification requirement by adopting a numerical control linear cutting process, checking the cutting precision, setting reversible deformation, erecting stand columns according to a moulding bed arrangement diagram, and mounting braces around the stand columns. The invention further provides a crane base obtained based on the method. According to the method, a strict construction process is formulated from the initial link of raw material processing to the final coating process, the processing precision is strictly controlled, and the positioning precision during part assembling is controlled; reverse deformation is set in moulding bed construction, current and voltage are controlled in the framework welding process, and the deformation amount is controlled; a multi-layer and multi-pass welding mode is adopted for welding, welding of the next layer can be conducted after welding slag is cleaned layer by layer, and the welding quality is ensured; through a series of strict process control, the purposes of reducing rework, increasing the construction speed, improving the construction quality and ensuring the mounting precision of the base are achieved.

    本发明属于船舶建造技术领域,且公开了一种重吊船克令吊基座制作方法,包括以下步骤:采用数控线型切割工艺加工出符合生产规格要求的钢板零件,检查切割精度,设置反变形,按照胎架排布图,竖起立柱,在立柱四周安装拉条;还包括基于该方法获得的克令吊基座。本发明从原料加工的初始环节到最后的涂装过程,都制定了严格的施工流程,严苛的控制加工的精度,把控零件装配时的定位精准度;胎架建造设置反变形,构架焊接过程控制电流电压,控制变形量;焊接采用多层多道焊的形式,焊渣逐层清理后方可进行下一层施焊,确保焊接质量;通过一系列严苛的过程控制,达到减少返工,加快施工速度,提高建造质量,保证基座安装精度的目的。
