The invention discloses a double-closed-loop electric locomotive speed regulation control method. An electric locomotive control system comprises a rotating speed fuzzy proportional-integral controller, a current self-adaptive controller and a power converter. The rotating speed fuzzy proportional integral controller takes the deviation between the motor rotating speed set value and the feedback value and the deviation between the current set value and the feedback value as input, and outputs the current set value to the current self-adaptive controller; the current self-adaptive controller takes the deviation between a current set value output by the rotating speed fuzzy proportional integral controller and a current feedback value as input, obtains a control decision through calculation and outputs the control decision to the power converter; and the power converter performs power conversion according to the output of the current self-adaptive controller, and outputs proper current as driving current of the motor. The speed regulation process is stable and rapid, and the self-adaptability is high, the situation that the control effect of the system is affected by data packet loss is avoided, the problem that the starting current peak value exceeds the threshold value to cause overload faults of the system is prevented, and safety is high.

    一种双闭环电力机车调速控制方法,电力机车控制系统包括转速模糊比例积分控制器、电流自适应控制器和功率变换器;转速模糊比例积分控制器以电机转速设定值与反馈值的偏差和电流设定值与反馈值的偏差作为输入,输出电流设定值给电流自适应控制器;电流自适应控制器以转速模糊比例积分控制器输出的电流设定值与电流反馈值的偏差作为输入,经过计算得到控制决策输出给功率变换器;功率变换器根据电流自适应控制器的输出做功率变换,输出适当的电流作为电机的驱动电流。本发明调速过程稳定、快速,自适应力强;避免因数据丢包影响系统控制效果的情况,防止启动电流峰值超过阈值导致系统超负载故障的问题,安全性高。
