The method comprises the steps: the voltage of a charging loop is pulled up to the voltage of an electric vehicle battery when the charging loop is not connected with a charger, an NMOS tube in a load loop is turned on through a first protection sub-circuit and a second protection sub-circuit, and the discharge is allowed; after the charging loop is connected to a charger, the charging loop is at a low level, and the NMOS transistor in the load loop is closed and cannot discharge through the first protection sub-circuit and the second protection sub-circuit; and when a user improperly uses or wrongly connects wires, the charging port is used as a discharging port, at the moment, no current exists on the current detection resistor, the comparator sub-circuit outputs low level, and the NMOS tube M5 of the charging loop is cut off and cannot discharge. The method solves the problem of various potential safety hazards during battery charging.
本发明公开了一种电动车电池保护方法和装置,方法包括在充电回路没有接入充电器时,充电回路的电压被上拉至电动车电池的电压,通过第一保护子电路和第二保护子电路,负载回路中的NMOS管打开,允许放电;在充电回路接入充电器后,充电回路为低电平,通过第一保护子电路和第二保护子电路,负载回路中的NMOS管关闭,不能放电;用户使用不当或者错误接线,把充电口当成放电口使用,此时检流电阻上无电流,比较器子电路输出低电平,充电回路的NMOS管M5截止,无法放电。本发明解决电池充电时各种安全隐患问题。
