The embodiment of the invention provides a wind speed measuring device and a wind finding radar. The wind speed measuring device of the embodiment of the invention comprises a floating body, a rotating part rotatably arranged on the floating body, wherein the rotating axis of the rotating part extends in a first direction, and a wind finding radar, wherein the wind finding radar is rotatably hung on the rotating part, the rotating axis of the wind finding radar extends in a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are not the same as the vertical direction. Therefore, the wind speed measuring device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high stability and high measuring precision of the wind finding radar during floating.

    本发明的实施例提出一种风速测量装置和测风雷达。本发明实施例的风速测量装置,包括:浮体;转动部,所述转动部可转动地设在所述浮体上,所述转动部的转动轴线沿第一方向延伸;和测风雷达;所述测风雷达可转动地挂设在所述转动部上,所述测风雷达的转动轴线沿第二方向延伸,所述第一方向垂直于所述第二方向,所述第一方向和所述第二方向均不与上下方向同向。因此,本发明实施例的风速测量装置具有在漂浮时测风雷达稳定性高和测量精度高的优点。
