The wind speed measuring device of the embodiment of the invention comprises a floating body, a rotating part rotatably arranged on the floating body, wherein the rotating axis of the rotating part extends in a first direction, and a wind finding radar, wherein the wind finding radar is rotatably hung on the rotating part, the rotating axis of the wind finding radar extends in a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are not the same as the vertical direction. Therefore, the wind speed measuring device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high stability and high measuring precision of the wind finding radar during floating.
