The driving motor drives the lifting lead screw to rotate, then the supporting plate moves up and down along with rotation of the lifting lead screw through the nut sleeve, meanwhile, the supporting plate drives the bottom plate to move up and down through the connecting rod, and therefore the height of the bottom plate is adjusted, and a worker can stand on the bottom plate for electromechanical installation; the mechanical and electrical installation height of workers can be conveniently adjusted, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the workers can stably ascend and descend, and the safety of the workers is guaranteed.
