The invention discloses a double-slewing-tower-body structure which comprises a slewing tower body I and a slewing tower body II, wherein the slewing tower body I comprises pulling plate assemblies, a diagonal web member, a tripod, a front chord member and a rear chord member; the front chord member is connected with the rear chord member through the tripod and the diagonal web member; pulling plate assemblies are arranged at the top of the front chord member and the top of the rear chord member; a pin penetrating oil cylinder frame is arranged on the pulling plate assemblies; a pulley block is arranged on the tripod; the slewing tower body II and the slewing tower body I have the same structure; and the slewing tower body I and the slewing tower body II are connected side by side to form a double-slewing-tower-body structure. The double-slewing-tower-body structure can be connected with double cargo boom to form a large-tonnage integrated hoisting load, and can also be connected with an independent cargo boom to perform small-tonnage hoisting according to an original tower type; and meanwhile, the defects of large weight, large welding amount and the like of a welded slewing tower body are overcome.

    本发明公开一种双回转塔身结构,包括回转塔身I和回转塔身II;回转塔身I包括:拉板总成、斜腹杆、三角架、前弦杆和后弦杆;前弦杆通过三角架和斜腹杆与后弦杆连接;前弦杆和后弦杆顶部设置有拉板总成;拉板总成上设置有穿销油缸架;三角架上设置有滑轮组;回转塔身II与回转塔身I结构相同;回转塔身I与回转塔身II并排连接形成双回转塔身结构。本发明一种双回转塔身结构既能够连接双起重臂形成大吨位集成吊载,也可以形成连接单独的起重臂,按照原有的塔机型式进行小吨位的吊装;同时也解决了焊接型回转塔身重量大,焊接量大等缺点。
