The invention discloses a lift car weighing method. The method comprises the steps that a grating ruler with absolute position codes is arranged in a lift shaft in the whole stroke; a grating ruler sensor is installed on the lift car side, and the lift system reads the position code of the grating ruler at the corresponding position through the grating ruler sensor; when a load enters the lift car, the steel wire rope elastically deforms due to the change of tensile force, and the deformation amount and the elastic coefficient K of the steel wire rope are as follows: F = L * K; L is the extension length; F is pulling force; K is the elastic coefficient, F in the formula is the tension difference borne by the steel wire rope, and the tension difference is equal to the newly-added load weight in the lift car; L = S < movement >-S < motor >; the lift system is set to carry out weighing within the time when the lift stops running, the rotating distance of the motor at the moment is zero, S < motor > is equal to 0, namely L is equal to S < movement >; when L and K are known numbers, the current lift car load is solved through the formula F = L * K; the method is irrelevant to the environment temperature and the passenger standing position, and the measurement accuracy is high.

    本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢称重方法:在电梯井道内全行程设置带有绝对位置编码的栅尺;在轿厢侧安装栅尺传感器,电梯系统通过栅尺传感器读出对应位置的栅尺的位置编码;当轿厢内有负载进入后,钢丝绳会因为拉力的变化而发生弹性变形,变形量与钢丝绳的弹性系数K为:F=L*K;其中,L:伸长长度;F:拉力;K:弹性系数,公式中的F为钢丝绳受到的拉力差,该拉力差等于轿厢内新增的载重重量;L=S移动‑S电机;设置电梯系统在电梯停止运行的时间内实施称重,则此时电机转动的距离为零S电机=0,即L=S移动;当L和K为已知数值时,通过公式F=L*K,求出当前的轿厢载重;本发明方法与环境温度及乘客站位无关,测量精确度高。
