The invention discloses a floating raft vibration isolation device integrated with particle damping and a design method thereof. The floating raft vibration isolation device comprises a raft frame and a particle damper, wherein the raft frame is composed of a force bearing frame and at least one layer of panel connected with the force bearing frame, and the particle damper is mounted on the inner side of the force bearing frame or the inner side of the panel; and the particle damper is located in an area with large raft frame vibration response or on a raft frame vibration transmission path and comprises a cuboid-shaped steel shell and non-obstructive metal particles, wherein the interior of the steel shell is vertically divided into multiple layers, and each layer of the shell is filled with the non-obstructive metal particles. Medium-high frequency vibration energy transmitted to a ship body base through a buoyant raft can be greatly attenuated, the attenuation effect of the buoyant raft on a vibration line spectrum and the broadband vibration isolation effect are effectively improved, the more severe the movement is, the better the energy consumption effect is, and particle accumulation can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种集成粒子阻尼的浮筏隔振装置及其设计方法,该装置包括由承力框架和与承力框架相连的至少一层面板构成的筏架以及安装在承力框架或面板内侧的粒子阻尼器;粒子阻尼器位于筏架振动响应较大区域或筏架振动传递路径上,包括长方体形的且内部竖向分隔为多层的钢制壳体以及在壳体内每层填充的非阻塞性金属颗粒。本发明可大幅衰减通过浮筏传递至船体基座的中高频振动能量,有效提高浮筏对振动线谱的衰减效果以及宽频带隔振效果,运动越剧烈耗能效果越好,可以有效避免颗粒堆积。
