The invention further discloses a frameless window glass assembling and adjusting system, which comprises a vehicle door fixing device, a control device, a scanning device, a vehicle window adjusting device and a vehicle window correction parameter calculating device, wherein the scanning device is connected with the vehicle window correction parameter calculating device, and the control device is connected with the vehicle window adjusting device.
