A lifting plate capable of driving a crystalline silicon film to ascend or descend is arranged in the transfer box, first electric push rods are vertically installed at the four corners of the upper portion of the inner side of the transfer box, vacuum suction cups are installed in lower grooves of push plates at the bottoms of the first electric push rods, and when the crystalline silicon film needs to be taken down, the lifting plate ascends to continuously push the crystalline silicon film upwards; and then the crystalline silicon thin film can be sucked up through the vacuum suction cups so as to be conveniently taken down, so that the photovoltaic panel can be conveniently assembled and installed.
