The invention provides a brushless driving device of a window wiper for a rail transit vehicle. The brushless driving device comprises: a brushless motor; a multi-stage gear reduction box, wherein the input end of the multi-stage gear reduction box is connected with the brushless motor; and a crank rocker mechanism which is connected with the multi-stage gear reduction box and is driven by the multi-stage gear reduction box to move in a reciprocating manner, so that the window wiper is driven to swing; wherein after the brushless motor receives deceleration stop of a vehicle control system, three phase lines are connected in a short section mode. The brushless motor, the multi-stage gear reduction box and the crank rocker mechanism are adopted to replace an integrated brush direct current motor and worm gear reducer combined structure commonly adopted by an existing window wiper, the defects that a non-metal worm gear is poor in bearing capacity and low in sliding friction efficiency are overcome, and meanwhile, the problem that the carbon brush of the direct-current brush motor is short in service life due to abrasion is solved, so that the bearing capacity is longer and the service life is longer.

    本发明提出了一种轨道交通车辆用刮雨器无刷驱动装置,包括无刷电机;多级齿轮减速箱,所述多级齿轮减速箱的输入端连接所述无刷电机;以及曲柄摇杆机构,所述曲柄摇杆机构连接所述多级齿轮减速箱,并且在多级齿轮减速箱的带动下往复移动,从而带动刮雨器摆动;其中,所述无刷电机在收到车辆控制系统的减速停止后,将三根相线短节。本发明采用无刷电机、多级齿轮减速箱和曲柄摇杆机构,替代了目前刮雨器普遍采用的一体式有刷直流电机、蜗轮蜗杆减速器组合的结构,避免了非金属蜗轮承载能力差、滑动摩擦效率低的缺点,同时避免了直流有刷电机碳刷磨损寿命短的问题,因此,具有更长的承载能力和使用寿命。
