The invention belongs to the field of tires, and particularly relates to a lining type anti-puncturing tire and a method thereof which are suitable for any fields using tires, such as automobiles, tractors, armored cars and the like. A gas isolation layer matched with an airtight layer in shape is arranged at the position, tightly attached to the airtight layer, of a vacuum tire. Firstly, the airtight layer is processed into a smooth surface, the gas isolation layer is also an airtight film with a smooth surface, and the gas isolation layer is mainly used for isolating gas in the tire from the airtight layer in the tire, that is, the gas isolation layer is arranged between the gas and the airtight layer. When a sharp object is added into the tire, the corresponding part of the gas isolation layer is firstly jacked up by the sharp part of the sharp object, and the gas isolation layer cannot be punctured by the sharp object due to the fact that the gas isolation layer is an elastic thin film with high expansion and contraction quantity, so that gas in the tire cannot leak from the airtight layer. The gas isolation layer film can block punctured small holes of the tire, so that gas cannot leak out, and tire burst is also prevented.

    本发明属于轮胎领域,特别是涉及一种内衬式防扎轮胎及其方法,适用于汽车、拖拉机、装甲车等任何使用轮胎的领域。本发明是在真空轮胎紧贴气密层处设置与气密层形状相吻合的气体隔离层。首先将气密层处理成光滑面,气体隔离层也是光滑面的不透气薄膜,气体隔离层主要功能是将轮胎内气体与轮胎内气密层隔离,也就是将气体隔离层设置在气体和气密层之间。当有尖锐物体加入轮胎后,尖锐物体的尖部首先将气体隔离层相应部位顶起,由于气体隔离层是弹性且具有很高伸缩量的薄膜,所以尖锐物体不能将气体隔离层刺穿,因此轮胎内部的气体就不会从气密层处泄露。气体隔离层薄膜可将轮胎被扎的小孔堵住,使气体不能外泄,也防止了轮胎爆裂。
