The invention provides a light sandwich composite material. The light sandwich composite material comprises an upper skin, a lower skin and a foam core material compounded between the upper skin and the lower skin, the upper skin is made of a continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite material, and the lower skin is made of a continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite material. The material has the advantages of high interface strength, good mechanical bearing performance, light weight and the like, and also has certain thermal insulation and sound insulation performance. The floor is used as a floor main body of a high-speed rail interior floor, the lightweight design is achieved, meanwhile, the sound insulation performance and the heat preservation performance of the floor can be improved, and the riding comfort is improved; the interface strength and the shearing strength of the sandwich structure are improved through the process design of process grooves and process holes on the surface of the foam, and the reliability of the floor under the use working condition is powerfully guaranteed; and the structural design of a web is introduced, so that the compressive strength of the sandwich structure is greatly improved, the fatigue resistance of the floor is improved, and the durability is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种轻质夹层复合材料,包括上蒙皮、下蒙皮以及复合在上蒙皮与下蒙皮之间的泡沫芯材;所述上蒙皮的材质包括连续纤维增强热固性树脂复合材料;所述下蒙皮的材质包括连续纤维增强热固性树脂复合材料。该材料具有界面强度高、力学承载性能好、质量轻等优点,同时还具有一定的保温和隔声性能。作为高铁内饰地板的地板主体使用,在实现轻量化设计的同时,还能提高地板的隔音性能和保温性能,提升乘坐舒适度;泡沫表面工艺槽、工艺孔的工艺设计,提高了夹层结构的界面强度以及剪切强度,有力保障了地板使用工况下的可靠性;引入腹板的结构设计,极大地提高了夹层结构的抗压强度,增加了地板的抗疲劳性,耐用性进一步提升。
