The rotor assembly comprises multiple sections of rotor units, wherein the multiple sections of rotor units are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of a rotor iron core, the mth section of rotor unit and the (m+1)th section of rotor unit are adjacently arranged in the axial direction of the rotor iron core, the minimum distance between the mth section of rotor unit and the (m+1)th section of rotor unit in the axial direction of the rotor iron core is Gm, Gm/Lr is larger than or equal to 0.01 and smaller than or equal to 0.16, Lr is the average length of the rotor units in the axial direction of the rotor iron core, and m is a natural number larger than or equal to 1. According to the rotor assembly, the problem of magnetic flux interaction between the rotor units can be effectively solved under the condition that the electromagnetic torque of the rotor assembly is not changed basically, and the cogging torque of the rotor assembly is reduced, so that mechanical vibration and noise are reduced, and the performance of the rotor assembly is improved.
