When the railway vehicle is braked, a first direct-current voltage of a direct-current bus of the railway vehicle is converted into a second direct-current voltage required by a direct-current power grid through the M first energy feedback converters, and the second direct-current voltage is converted into a second alternating-current voltage required by an alternating-current power grid through the N second energy feedback converters and the N power grid transformers. Therefore, the regenerative braking energy can be fed back to the alternating-current power grids with the different voltage levels and can also be fed back to the direct-current power grids with the different voltage levels, the feedback mode of the regenerative braking energy is more flexible, and the expansibility is higher.
