The invention discloses a radial variable stiffness adjusting structure and method for an integral liquid rubber composite joint. The liquid rubber composite joint comprises a mandrel, a rubber body, a vulcanized body outer sleeve, a stop block and an integral outer sleeve, wherein the rubber body is vulcanized between the vulcanized body outer sleeve and the mandrel to form a whole, the mandrel is provided with a pit sunken towards the inner side of the mandrel, the stop block is arranged at the pit, the outer sides of the stop block and the vulcanized body outer sleeve are sleeved with the whole outer sleeve, and the rubber body vulcanized at the bottom of the pit is a radial rubber layer; and a gap is reserved between the stop block and the radial rubber layer. By adjusting the distance between the stop block and the radial rubber layer and adjusting the thickness of the radial rubber layer, two times of radial variable stiffness adjustment of the liquid rubber composite joint is achieved. The rigidity of the liquid rubber composite joint can be changed under different working conditions, so that the liquid rubber composite joint can meet different rigidity requirements of a vehicle under different working conditions.

    整体式液体橡胶复合节点的径向变刚度调节结构及方法,液体橡胶复合节点包括芯轴、橡胶体、硫化体外套、止挡块和整体外套;将橡胶体硫化在硫化体外套与芯轴之间形成一个整体,在芯轴上开向芯轴内侧凹陷的凹坑,在所述凹坑处设置止挡块,在止挡块和硫化体外套的外侧套有整体外套,且硫化在凹坑底部的橡胶体为径向橡胶层,止挡块与径向橡胶层之间留有间距。通过调节止挡块与径向橡胶层的间距,以及调节径向橡胶层的厚度,来实现液体橡胶复合节点的两次径向变刚度调节。液体橡胶复合节点能在不同的工况下进行变刚度,使得液体橡胶复合节点能满足车辆能在不同工况下的不同刚度需求。
