The embodiment of the invention provides a stacked satellite assembly which comprises a plurality of stacked satellites with the same outer envelope and an inter-satellite connecting device. The inter-satellite connecting device comprises a butt joint ring and an aramid fiber rope; the aramid fiber rope penetrates through the butt joint ring installed on the two rows of satellites which are placed in the staggered and stacked mode, and the two rows of satellites which are placed in the staggered and stacked mode are connected and pressed tightly through the pre-tightening force of the aramid fiber rope. According to the stacked satellite assembly structure, the number of satellites carried by a rocket during one-time launching can be greatly increased, rapid unlocking and separation among multiple satellites can be achieved, so that the batch cluster satellite launching capacity is improved.
